Avid Greenlit for 600 Homes in South-East Qld Hotspots

Avid Property Group has won approval for two land lease communities that will add more than 600 homes to its Vantage-brand pipeline in South-East Queensland.

Approved are 294 land lease lots on a 13.53ha site at Moreton Bay within the emerging Waraba city. The project is dubbed Vantage Lilywood.

The Vantage Logan Reserve development was also approved for 372 land lease lots on a 20.46ha site next to the group’s house-and-land project at Chambers Reserve.
