Carmel Group Plots Next Stage of Joondalup Masterplan

A WA-based developer has filed plans for the shoptop residential component of its mixed-use project along one of the hottest retail strips in the nation.

Carmel Group has filed plans for the scheme opposite Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City,  north of Perth CBD.

Vicinity Centres picked up a 50 per cent interest for $420 million in the cente last year—the other half is owned by Lendlease.
