Coles Files Shopping Centre in Sydney’s Outer Fringe

Retail giant Coles has filed plans for a village supermarket-anchored shopping centre in an emerging Sydney fringe suburb. 

Coles Group Property Developments Ltd has applied to the Wollondilly Shire Council to develop the Wilton centre, downsized from a previously approved project. 

It proposes a single-storey shopping centre that includes a rooftop carpark, supermarket, three specialty retail shops and a bottle shop as well as outdoor dining and landscaping.
