Cube Adds Second Project to Golden Beach Pipeline

A Sunshine Coast-based developer is moving ahead with a second project in its backyard, Golden Beach.

Cube has filed an application with the Sunshine Coast City Council for a six-storey, 60-apartment block at 9 Onslow Street on a 2034sq m site less than 100m from the Pumicestone Passage.

The site was formerly the Golden Beach Holiday Park.
