Deluca Pitches 10-Storey Albion Apartment Plans

Deluca Corporation has pitched plans for a 10-storey apartment building in an evolving urban renewal precinct on Brisbane’s northside.

The proposal comprises 72 units, a rooftop garden, ground-level communal spaces and three levels of basement parking.

It is earmarked for a 1548sq m site spanning two lots at 32-34 Hudson Road, within a high density residential zone close to Albion train station.
