ESR Plots $170m Sydney Aerotropolis Warehouse Estate

A former Western Sydney bamboo plantation becomes part of Badgerys Creek’s industrial future as plans for a $170-million development are filed. 

The 17ha site at 85 Martin Road contains farm dams and was previously used for agriculture. 

It was acquired in 2023 by ESR Australia, which plans to turn it into a warehouse precinct to be known as the Badgerys Creek Industry Park.
