Graya Banks $80m from Broadbeach Tower Sales

South-East Queensland developer Graya has banked $80 million in sales after a very soft launch of its latest project, Enclave. 

The developer chalked up the strong sales result off the back of social media and the tapping of Graya’s database of loyal followers and repeat customers. 

Its tallest tower to date, the developer plans to put shovels to dirt in a month on the Broadbeach site, where 15 full-floor and eight half-floor apartments will take shape.
