Melbourne Heritage Boiler House Wins Revamp Approval

Planning approval has been granted for the final stage of a historic industrial site’s redevelopment in Melbourne.

Glenvill Developments is behind the project, the 3966sq m Boiler House site that is part of the 16.5ha Yarrabend masterplan of six precincts.

The site is the former Alphington paper mill site near the Yarra River.
