Hervey Bay Runs Hot as 23ha Land Lease Joins Pipeline

Avid Property Group is expanding its footprint to Hervey Bay, developing a 23ha land-lease community after being persuaded by the region’s property pull.

The group acquired the site in 2021 and filed a development application for 300 homes that was approved by the Fraser Coast Regional Council in mid-2023 for the site at 1 Vantage Way, Kawungan. 

The Vantage Bloomdale over-55s community plans included a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, gym and bowling green alongside the land-lease community.
