Ingenia Files Rochedale Land Lease Plans for 166 Homes

Listed land lease housing developer Ingenia Communities has filed plans for a 166-lot development for seniors and retirees at Rochedale in Brisbane’s south.

Earmarked for a 7.15ha site at 323 Rochedale Road, the proposal comprises a mix of two and three-bedroom homes to be delivered in 11 stages.

“Rochedale is undergoing a transition from its historical rural land uses to a master-planned community that supports various residential, commercial, and community uses as part of the Rochedale Urban Community Neighbourhood Plan,” a planning report said.
