Green Light for $35m Ingleburn Midrise Tower

A 10-storey building that would reshape Sydney’s south-west skyline has been approved by the Sydney Western City Planning Panel.

The $35-million development by H.Corp National at 14-20 Palmer Street, Ingleburn, 50km from the Sydney CBD, comprises 102 apartments, including 11 affordable housing rental units, above a childcare facility and community spaces.

The proposal, submitted by Urban Link Architects, involves demolishing homes to construct the mixed-use building, including 138 parking spaces across three basement levels.
