‘The War is Over’: Queensland’s New Deal for Development

“The war is over.”

Just 115 days into his new job as Queensland’s Treasurer, David Janetzki, pulled down the iron curtain that has separated the development industry and government for the past six years. 

“There may be disagreements between the government and the sector, but there’s no way we can deliver what needs to be delivered for our state without your help. Because all of you in this room will play a vital role in delivering Queensland’s prosperous future,” he says.
