Junction Adds 113 Homes to Adelaide Innovation Precinct

Community housing provider Junction has won funding to move ahead on its 113-apartment plan within an Adelaide innovation district.

The social enterprise has landed $25.6 million from the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility to underpin Stage 2 of its Thrive Tonsley development at 85 MAB Circuit, along with two other projects.

It follows the topping out of the first stage of the project, which was supported by the Social Housing Accelerator Program.
