Licastro Duo Drifts into Hamilton with Tower Redesign

Queensland developer duo Frank and Joe Licastro have drifted into one of the Brisbane River’s most affluent reaches for their latest residential project.

The cousins have secured a prime 1792sq m riverfront site at 92 Kingsford Smith Drive at Hamilton in the city’s inner-north.

It was acquired with an existing approval in place for a 14-story tower comprising 62 apartments but the Licastros have submitted a change application for a reworked scheme increasing the yield to 72 units across 15 storeys.
