Developer Plots Homes Atop Medical Centre at Norwood

A health-care-focused developer has revealed plans for “doc-top” living—12 apartments atop a medical centre—for a site in Adelaide’s Norwood.

Premier Health Care is behind the four-storey scheme that also proposes a gym and cafe for the plans on exhibition with Plan SA until May 12.

Kirkbride Architects designed the scheme for the site at 80-82 Fullarton Road. It also includes 55 carparking spaces on the site, which has frontage to Boskenna Avenue and a laneway.
