Raptis Group Files Plans for Seventh Highrise on Broadbeach Skyline

Gold Coast developer Raptis Group has filed plans for a 29-storey residential tower—its seventh addition to the rising skyline at Broadbeach.

The proposed development yielding 73 luxury apartments is slated for a 818sq m site on the corner of First Avenue and Surf Parade.

Tapping the sustained owner-occupier and downsizer demand that has fundamentally reshaped the city’s market, the scheme comprises mostly three-bedroom units.
