Silverstone Plots Brisbane Games Precinct Apartments
South-east Queensland diversified developer Silverstone Developments has filed plans for 115 apartments that would complete a key block within the Hamilton Northshore priority development area.
No stranger to the area, Silverstone is also developing a boutique apartment block at Racecourse Road in neighbouring Ascot.
The plans comprise two apartment blocks across a 7466sq m site, part of Lot 5 at 330 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton.
