Stockland Reveals New Chapter for Jetstar Melbourne HQ

Stockland has filed plans for an apartment and retail precinct at the former Jetstar HQ, nearly two years after the developer acquired the prominent Collingwood site.

The budget airline’s homebase in Melbourne at 79–81 Victoria Parade was listed for sale in 2024 by owners the Henkell Brothers Investment Managers with a price expectation of around $65 million.

Jetstar’s tenancy and all the other tenancies in the block are expected to expire in 2027, opening the door for the site’s redevelopment.
