High-End Boutique Tower Pitched for Surfers Paradise Heart

Plans have been filed for a high-end boutique residential tower in the heart of an evolving Surfers Paradise development hotspot.

The proposal is seeking approval for a slender 12-storey development with 15 luxury two and three-bedroom apartments on a 510sq m site at 23 Leonard Avenue.

Property records show the site was sold to Melbourne-based Prominence Developments in February last year for $1.8 million.
