Hornsby Vertical Aged-Care Project Clears Final Hurdle

A vertical aged-care tower in Sydney’s north has moved forward more than two years after the project was first given the go-ahead.

The 12-storey Anthem Care development at 228-234 Pacific Highway, Hornsby, was approved in 2022 for aged care, retail, commercial and residential spaces.

Now, developer TBG Senior Living Services has received strata subdivision consent from Hornsby Shire Council.
