Dexus Joins Thirdi for $300m Newcastle Seniors Scheme

Development heavyweight Thirdi has signed on a partner for its approved seniors living project at Newcastle.

The developer has revealed the deal with Dexus Real Estate Partnership for its $300-million Merewether Residences over-55s living project.

Under the joint venture, Thirdi will deliver a 178-unit resort-style retirement village on a 1ha site at the Merewether Golf Club.
