Slice of Silicon Valley Completes in Sydney’s South

Time & Place has completed construction of Bourke and Bowden, its $230-million commercial precinct in Sydney’s inner.

Inspired by Silicon Valley’s focus on collaboration, creativity and innovation, the project at Alexandria comprises 16,500sq m of commercial and retail space, and 1500sq m of ground-level and rooftop communal outdoor areas.

Designed by Wardle studio, the development surrounds a central landscaped courtyard and incorporates terracotta, aluminium and glass elements to reflect Alexandria’s industrial heritage
