‘Tiny Tower’ Plans for Gold Coast’s Rising Riverfront Strip

The tide of development keeps rising along a riverfront strip in Surfers Paradise with a six-storey tiny tower the latest addition to its booming pipeline.

Under the plans, the proposal comprises four apartments, including a double-storey penthouse.

It is earmarked for a 599sq m site at 62 Sunset Boulevard, an emerging development hotspot fronting the Nerang River that has been the focus of a surge of proposed residential towers.
