Apartment Plans Pile Up at Sydney Commuter Suburbs

Two projects that would add 215 apartments to the Ku-ring-gai local government area are working their way through the NSW State Significant pathway.

Both make use of the Housing State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) reforms from the NSW Government, which have proven popular with the state’s developers.

This is despite the Ku-ring-gai council’s challenging the validity of its Transport Oriented Development areas.
